And it shall come to pass in that day,
_that the remnant of Israel,
_and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob,
_shall no more again stay upon him that smote them,
_but shall stay upon the Lord,
_the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
The remnant shall return,
_yea, even the remnant of Jacob,
_unto the mighty God.
For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea,
_yet a remnant of them shall return;
_the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness.
For the Lord God of Hosts shall make a consumption,
_even determined in all the land.
